Why do most people realize late in life?

 An interesting fact is—
People usually understand the truth, but it takes time to accept that truth.
That's why most "realizations" in life come late.
The first reason is short-term mindset.
People give more importance to today's comfort than future consequences.
"Let's relax now, we'll see later"—this mindset makes small mistakes a habit.
The second reason is ignoring warnings.
Life gives small signals at first—energy loss, time wasting, progress slowing down.
But we don't take them seriously.
Because then the problem doesn't seem big.
The third reason is social comparison.
Many times, we look at the people around us and think, "Everything is going well."
But the inner reality is not seen.
As a result, there is no urgency about our own situation.
The fourth reason is comfort zone addiction.
Change means effort, uncertainty, discomfort.
So the brain naturally delays, avoids, ignores.
Another big truth is that people know information but do not apply it.
You may know what you should do, but do not start doing it.
And knowledge without action never creates realization.
Now understand the real thing.
Life does not give you a big shock at once.
Life gives you small signals, which you ignore and become late.
So realization is not late,
ignoring becomes late.
Another simple pattern is—
A person who reflects early, grows early.
And a person who reflects late, regrets late.
In the end, the truth is very clear.
Life tells you everything in advance,
But you do not listen then.
That is why many understand late,
But the time to change is less.
