I'm using "first" term, because my first job give me review code in short time, and then.. I quit from that, because they didn't give me a chance to learn first about they workflow and yelling me wrong on my codes, after I'm quit, I try to learn C# π» and improve my python π skill, but fortune tell me differently π¦ , I'm hired by startup and using javascript, but they give me chance to learn javascript first, and chit chat ordinary with other co-workers. I hope you get the job right soon. We didn't know what happen in future right π

Some jobs do expect people to be ready out-of-the-box but if they donβt give you a thorough walkthrough of their processes and codebase theyβre setting people up to fail.
