I wonder if there is a website where I can request my writing reviewed and sub-edited while I'm reviewing and sub-editing someone's else, for love or for money.

I hear an idea brewing. Do you envision something for techinical writing only?
I seriously hope the idea has an existing solution. My colleagues are sick of me asking them to review a text.
There is reddit.com/r/Proofreading/ , but it seems to be quite random. For something like this to work, it would have to be a community of expertise and interest.
