Our Role
Our team supports business development and project execution processes through the following tasks:
Creating customized resumes and cover letters optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Identifying suitable remote work opportunities
Coordinating interview schedules in collaboration with recruiters
Assisting partners with technical evaluations and coding assignment preparation
Creating demos and proofs of concept (PoC) as needed
Providing ongoing engineering support for project execution
Managing outreach through a dedicated support team
Job Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and capabilities, you may perform the following tasks:
Participating in technical and client interviews
Introducing our team and capabilities during client meetings
Building strong relationships through clear and professional communication
Collaborating with and learning from experienced engineers
Contributing to projects and developing new technologies based on your current skills.
How Partnerships Work
Once a project opportunity is secured, you are given priority authority to decide whether to participate. If it is determined that you are not a good fit, our engineering team may execute the project directly, subject to the client's approval. If you accept the project, the client will enter into a direct contract with you and make the payment. Our team supports technical implementation, project execution, and day-to-day collaboration. Team participation or subcontracting agreements are transparently disclosed to the client.
Revenue sharing can be set as 50/50 or 60/40 based on each party's responsibility and contribution. All terms are determined through negotiation prior to the start of the project.
All partners must participate in our internal interview and evaluation process. We provide transparent information to the client while supporting partners in preparing, improving, and succeeding.
