What changes when a transparent video is meant for a real website

I kept running into the same gap with video background removal: getting a transparent result is only the first half of the job. A website still needs a file that can be delivered, embedded, and given a safe fallback when a browser cannot play the preferred format.

I built AlphaPublish around that handoff. It starts with a short video, lets you review a transparent result, and then gives you either a download or a stable hosted embed intended for HTML, Webflow, and Framer. The hosted version is designed to keep the embed stable when you replace the source later, with browser-aware playback and a poster fallback.

The narrow question I am testing is whether that delivery layer is more useful to designers and small teams than another generic "remove background" tool. The workflow and constraints are here: transparent video publishing workflow.

I would especially value feedback on the embed and fallback expectations people have when transparent video has to work outside a controlled demo.
