For years, Screen Flows in Salesforce looked perfectly fine out of the box — but the moment you wanted branded headers, custom buttons, or a polished user-facing design, you had to reach for custom Lightning components or CSS workarounds.
The Salesforce Spring '26 release changes that. One of the most awaited enhancements for Flow Builders is native custom styling for Screen Flows, built directly into Flow Builder.
A Style tab, right in the Screen element
When you open a Screen element in Flow Builder in Spring '26, you'll now find a Style tab inside Screen Properties. That means admins can now create styles for screens — no code required.
What you can style
The new styling capabilities include:
- Container background color
- Border color, radius, and weight
- Header text color and font size
- Footer styling configuration
- Next / Finish button customization
- Previous button customization
- Pause button customization
- Default, Hover, and Active button states
