In my opinion, you should better discuss this layout without referring to any frameworks at the start of the discussion. Instead, discuss what CSS3 has provided for modern layout using Flexbox and/or Grid. Only after discussing this fundamental modern layout, we can talk about frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.
