Wheretofind.me is a great service that provides a simple index page that allows you to link to your various web identities. I saw people using it on GPlus to provide an alternative way of keeping in touch with people who haven't decided where exactly they will be after GPlus closes.
As a developer I kind of kicked myself when I saw it because it is exactly the kind of simple utilitarian web service I like and it would have been entirely possible for me to create it and to have allowed other people to share it.
Instead full credit to Kit la Touche who didn't just think it but built it and shared it.
