Looking for transcripts of software demo meetings.

I am an English for Specific Purposes professor currently teaching English in Peru. As part of my ongoing specialized curriculum, I do genre and discourse analysis to inform my classroom activities. I am looking for native English speakers from Canada or the USA who would be so kind as to share any of your meeting transcripts with me in basic txt/word format. What I do is run the text through AntConc, which is a free corpus analysis program, in order to identify common language associated with that specific genre of speech. It is a magnificent tool that truly helps my students who are learning English so they can be more engaged in their Scrum meetings. Thanks in advance to everyone who is able to help.
