This is a great read, it echos close to home for me as I have a brother that lived this pattern exactly, a son who has SPD (Loud World and Highly Sensitive) and I think I'm equally dealing with some of these issues for being neuroatypical in some way. I tend to criticize illogical behaviors because I don't understand them and it makes me a little hard to be around. I'm still learning how to accept what I don't understand. I liked this post a lot.
