Started to feel the same with wanting to learn Node, Java, and Go.. I don't think its going to let up either. My advice to you is find a language you enjoy coding in and go all in on that. For me it was React/Javascript, that will keep the monkey mind caged for a little bit until your ready to advance. Also as a beginner I would go through Michael Hart's Rails Tutorial, its free online and will teach you the basics of development that are shared no matter what language you program in.
