I use Invoice Maker by Invoice Simple on Android, not sure if it's on iOS or not but I pay a fiver a month for a subscription and it lets me fill in the bare minimum information and generates a nice looking invoice

Ooh I like the one you've sent, I love that it has a web interface, that would make things a bit easier for me! Just checked the pricing and it looks like it's a little bit more expensive per month after the trial runs out, so a bit of a tradeoff there. I'm probably going to stick with the one I'm using, just because I've already got my clients' info set up in it 😅
