What kind of a job would you prefer?
Job-1 -: Working for one of the big tech company, aggressive work culture. Good base salary + bonus + stock.
Job-2 -: Working for a smaller company, not so aggressive work culture or deadlines, working from home. Ownership and decision making on projects. Competitive base, no bonus or stocks.

Depends, at the moment Option 1. Im still passionate without a family and money is a big driver. I want Option 2, but right now getting a good financial base is more important to me.
In 3-5 years, ask me again...
I've had both opportunities, must say the second option was more appealing because it made grow in many different areas which was aligned to my to my idea of becoming a entrepreneur.
