I created a new telegram account and synced my contacts in telegram application, but because i newly buy this number and my contacts don't have my number telegram don't show my contacts in telegram.
I exported my contacts from old device then import this VCF file into my new mobile. then create Telegram Account and sync contacts. do you know a way to get them?
