re: How to learn to code in Java: why you should and where to start VIEW POST

I'm currently a college freshman and this article is truly how I felt when I started to code in 10th grade. One thing I would like to point out is that Stack Overflow might not be the best Q&A platform for new users. They get bashed by experts as they sound like homework questions. It is a great site to learn and understand questions asked by previous users. Also worth mentioning, when I first took my Java class, I was always tempting to copy and paste the code and turn it in because the answers were just available online. Anyone can copy and paste but not everyone can write an efficient piece of code ;). Practice is the key.

'Practice is the key' - these words are solid gold ;)
