My favorite feature of iTerm is the password management and then using a event (forgot the settings name) to open all passwords and then paste them in the terminal. Very nice for working with multiple servers and sudoing there if needed.

Can you change the title from just "terminal" to something more specific, like "Mac Terminal", or "iTerm"?

The title is what people see when scrolling through articles, though. To find out this is only pitched at Mac users you have to open the article. BTW, your emoji in the title doesn't render for me.
And slow ;) Try some terminals based on canvas instead of DOM - like the one in VS Code.
These all changes are for iTerm2 it won't work with default terminal. If that's what you are asking :)
