What you need to extra setup before start to working with Angular ?

Hi I'm @sefatanam,

I'm planning to do a open-source project where I will build a Angular template where prettier, eslint, cypress, husky & also translation service will be in pre-configured. So that, Every time I start a fresh (professional)project I don't need to set up this type of config every time.
