I'm an introvert, but over the past few years I've broke out of my shell and managed to be much more comfortable speaking up.
What makes us stuck is when we attach ourselves to the "introvert" label too much and begin to subconsciously tell ourselves that's who we are.
Introversion is multidimensional - there may be areas of your life where you feel more comfortable expressing. Start with those first 😊
