Hi Lorenzo! Congratulations on your 30yrs! I consider myself an introvert and being in a corporate company, there's a constant pressure to 'build my brand' and to 'go out there and network'. Any advise for introverts like me? :)
I started writing software in 1984. Over the years I worked with many languages, technologies, and tools. I have been in leadership positions since the early 2000s, and in executive roles since 2014.
Thank you! :) My advice is to read this book. It is a great resource that will help you look at being introvert with different eyes.
The good news is that over time being an introvert will be less and less pronounced. The other good news is that in the tech space, a lot of people are introverts.
I recommend forming strong 1:1 relationships with people that can teach you something, and mentor you. As an introvert, you have the advantage of being good in 1:1 situations, so that will help you a great deal.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
