The 2026/27 Agenda for Change pay award gives NHS staff a 3.3% uplift effective from 1 April 2026. For full-time staff, this takes the headline pay range from £25,272 at Band 2 up to £112,782–£129,783 at Band 9. What you actually take home each month depends on your band, pay step, tax code, pension contribution tier, overtime and any London weighting.
