In Recent Update Visual Studio introduce a new theme option which will change the icons of whole vs code in general, previously you can change the icons of only file extensions but now you can change the icons of vs code side panel which include Files,Git Client, Extensions etc..
Here How you can change the Icons, go to setting icons and select 'Product Icon Theme'.
Select the Theme and Icons will be changed.
