I recently used Symbl.ai's API in BracketHacks, a hackathon, to build a discord bot that transcribed audio files into text. The documentation for the API was very easy to understand and go through, which allowed me to make the backend part of the bot within 2 hours, something which I had not expected.
We ended up winning the 3rd prize and also the sponsor prize from Symbl.ai. I would highly recommend anyone to use Symbl.ai for anything audio-related, as their services cover a wide variety of needs.
