2. Emotional Health

Spend at least 10 minutes journaling or in quiet reflection, plus tackle one hard conversation a week.

3. Wealth

Make one money move daily. This could be selling something, following up on leads, or creating content.

4. Relationships

Reach out to someone every day and aim for one genuine hangout per week. Leave the phone behind.

5. Defense

Participate in one self-defense session weekly and tighten up on basics like boundaries and emergency funds.

If you’re a creator or business owner, use this approach for your content and outreach as well.

By focusing on these five pillars, you can ensure you’re not just surviving but thriving. Remember, balanced might be boring, but it compounds over time.
