Sensors, AI and an open API for greenhouse growers
Sigrow builds wireless sensors combined with AI for greenhouse growers.
The hardware runs on LoRa and all data is available through a REST API that integrates with Priva, Hoogendoorn and Ridder climate computers.
Sigrow builds wireless sensors and AI for greenhouse growers: substrate, drain and microclimate measurements, plus a thermal camera that shows how the crop responds in real time. Founded in 2014 at Wageningen University, now used by 1000+ growers in 50+ countries. The hardware runs on LoRa and all data is available through a REST API that integrates with Priva, Hoogendoorn and Ridder climate computers.
Our stack
Hardware: solar-powered LoRa sensor nodes and a patented RGB + thermal imaging camera. Data: computer vision and AI models for plant segmentation, leaf temperature and transpiration (Real RTR). Software: a REST API for growers and integrators, an Angular + Tailwind web app, a Next.js customer portal, and API integrations with Priva, Hoogendoorn, Ridder and HortOS climate computers.
