What helps me staying afloat:
Building a routine that feels good. Organising my life and avoiding making dozens of tiny decisions every day (what to wear, what to eat, when to work, when to exercise, etc.)-
Exercising, eating good food (preferably scheduled at the same times of the day), getting enough sleep.
Making time for myself and doing fun things.
Having savings.
Reminding myself that the job is not a prison and it is possible to change it, and it is my choice to stay or to leave.
