Liked and retweeted! I can honestly say that these type of questions did in fact turn up for me! And recently it wasn't for a FAANG company! Don't forget to use a STAR like format as well to convey your whole story when you have your answer to such questions.

Hey Gerald! Ooh thanks so much for the retweet, you're so kind 🙂One of the employees from the post actually mentioned the STAR format like you said, except I didn't include it in case the article gets too long. Just curious since you mentioned your interview experience - were there any difficult behavioral questions that come to mind? (ps. I think you might have tagged the wrong person on Twitter, we only have one account @rooftopslushie 😅)

For sure, the one I tend to take extra time in thinking of an answer for resonates with the disagreements one. It's the questions about people challenges (i.e making decisions, dealing with difficult personalities). It gets hard when the work environment doesn't have too much of these examples but overall I find it also requires careful execution so you stick to the facts and results of such situations.

Great answer! Regarding difficult personalities, I just try to perform my responsibilities faithfully so that they can't blame me haha. Thankfully though - my team members right now are great :)

How prevalent is the blame game? I personally rarely experience it.
