Disclosure: I build QuickPeek, so its rating here is an interested party's. I have tried to be straight about what the others do better, and where one of them is the right choice I have said so.
The short version
All three end with a video, and they get there in completely different ways. QuickPeek walks through your product, captures the run and narrates it, so the demo is generated rather than performed. Loom is the screen recorder everyone already knows, which means a retake every time you fumble a step. Synthesia builds a polished avatar reading a script, which is lovely for a training module and strange for a product walkthrough. Retakes are the real cost here, and only one of the three removes them.
What actually separates them
The split is whether an AI assistant can produce the video or only help you plan it. QuickPeek ships MCP tools, so an assistant lists what a demo can cover, generates one from a script, picks the voice. Opens the result in an editor for a trim. That turns a demo into something you ask for between two other tasks. The screen recorder still needs your hands and your voice, on the day, in one take.
