In regards to the Udemy course The Complete Java MasterClass, I have also purchased this title, and I think it is a great resource for anyone wanting to improve their Java skills, from beginner to expert. As for Java 12 coverage, one of the instructors, Goran Lochert, just recently replied to a question about Java 12:

User: I am new to this course; lately I have seen that Java 12 is here and downloaded that but now I am confused that should I continue with Java 12 or get Java 11 as it is for LTS.

Goran: It is recommended to use LTS. But you can use JDK 12 as well.

This strongly implies that for now, the course does not cover any new features offered in the Java 12 update, preferring to stay with the offerings of the Java 11 LTS version. Of course, I could be full of it, so please don't take my word as gospel on the issue. This is only my "read" of the situation.
