As for AI, it still has very little control over my life (and that's a good thing imo). The whole AI ecosystem scares me a little lol.

A.I. psychosis reminds me of this time I was getting rage baited by this idiot on medium. The impetus for the change in state is tech designed to make you angry. Whereas your phone and any webpage worth its salt in gold is trying to acclimate you towards mindless browsing.
All of this is not isolated , there is a straight up pattern of brain abuse to using technology.
