Big updates for the following OpenWrt packages:
luci-app-advanced-reboot: major overhaul with easier support for more upcoming dual-boot devices
pbr/luci-app-pbr: preliminary support for netifd interfaces and speed up tables creation for non-netifd interfaces
https-dns-proxy: update to support for source_addr from upstream
luci-app-https-dns-proxy: expose global instance settings and all options for instance settings + bugfixes
