Hello everybody,

This month I started a new job at Contentful (yeah... I've been there before ๐Ÿ™ˆ). I was swamped with new tasks, meeting people and onboarding remotely. It's a lot of fun so far!

I hope you're alright in these times of lockdown! Let's dive right into my favorite content of April 2020.

When debugging, your attitude matters

Julia Evans wrote an article about debugging. She explains that when diving deep into the unknown, your attitude matters. It's a good reminder of the fact that nothing is "impossible".

(... and I love the fact that she uses CSS as an example)

Will it CORS?

Let's be honest for a moment; CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) requests are weird and very hard to understand. Will it CORS? is an excellent way of finding out more about the topic. You have to answer a few questions and receive easy-to-digest information. I highly recommend to have a look!

Three excellent articles to read

A quote to think about

I like to write about things. It helps me to understand technical concepts fully. Sahil Lavingia shared this quote of the month.

Reading is the inhale, writing is the exhale. Breathe.

A song that makes you stop coding

This song grew a lot on me. As on old Oasis fanboy, Jim Kroft's "OBSTACLES and its Britpop style entered my Spotify playlist more and more.

And that's it for the content of April 2020, friends! ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐Ÿ‘‹
