Create your own card with Google

Google India introduced the people's card on Google Search.

So, now instead of showing your business card just ask them to search you on Google. How cool is that, no?

To get your own people card you just need an android or IOS device. Remember, the feature is not available on the desktop.

STEPS to create your own people card:

• Log in to your Google account on your device and search for "add me to search" OR just type in your name in the search.
  'Get Started' will appear for you, here it's 'edit' as I've already created the card. Tap on 'Get Started'!
  
  
  

• Fill all your details and socials and tap 'Preview' to review the card last time.
  Be careful will uploading phone number and Email, it'll be shown publicly.
  
  
  

• Tap on 'Save' and that's it.
  Congratulation!, Now you have your own card on Google.

Interesting cool feature..
Just sad that available only in India, was trying VPN but no luck guess google know's that i'm not in india :D

I was able to successfully edit my card on a VPN but when I went back later, I couldn't.

I think Google will review your card then it will allow it on their search results... I've created this card way before Google released and I created it again.

No, I don't think it's like that. Mine is working completely fine.

I've done it and when I search on other device for my name no card is showing up.

The names are case sensitive and try to scroll a bit further. You might be appearing in the 'People' section.

Obviously, it can't completely replace the business card as of now. But has some advantages for sure.
