I built SkillForge because written SOPs miss the real workflow

I built SkillForge because written SOPs usually capture the intent of a workflow, not the reality.

The real task lives in the tiny browser details:

• which tab gets opened first
• which field gets ignored
• which button only appears after the page settles
• which step always breaks when a teammate tries to follow the doc literally

I wanted a simpler path: record the workflow once, let AI extract the steps, and turn it into a reusable automation anyone can rerun.

That became SkillForge.
