My friends before getting the job
Before i get my current job as a software engineer, i had a developer friend who used to tell me it's ...

Any chance you could take a weekend and learn about full stops and capitalisation.π
In all seriousness though, as you become more senior, your ability to communicate with management, vendors and users increases faster than your need to communicate with the computer. This post is part of your future profile and you will be judged on the style as well as the content.
Well done on sticking with it and starting a new career.
I would reformat this and add some paragraphs - itβs borderline impossible to follow.
Iβm sure you have a good story to tell but very few people are going to read this from start to finish Iβm sorry to say.
I agree, i wanted to through that thoughts out of my mind first, then improve it later. i'm good with writing well organized articles, and i will pull that out for sure, just because i was always procrastinating to write articles, i had to fast do that. but thanks for the great note my friend
Nice work on the reformatting.
But have a look at some first-person pronouns, in some instances you are using capital letter I (correct) and others small letter i. The former is recommended while the latter is not.
sure thanks, i will try to improve it again.
probably this is my first English Article at all
I am sure you can do better.
yup thanks body
+1
I made changes, thanks for the suggestion
Yeah, sure π
I will be posting my new update. Reaching $81/hour with a big company.
Thanks for all reactions
I can tell you learned English as a second (maybe third) language. Great job on your first article! You can only get better. and Congratulations on your job! I'm so inspired.
Because you're in the USA, unfortunately you will be looked down on and not always taken seriously because of "accent" and english that isn't clear.
However there are videos you can watch and online courses you can take to help you with that. It will help you communicate better at work (and can potentially translate to more money too since you can negotiate better and communicate with supervisors better).
This is a good channel to start with: youtube.com/user/ENGLISHCLASS101
All the best!
Thanks for the amazing feedback.
But for English trust me, no one can underrate me based on my accent, especially when i make it to a great company like Google, and i will leave negative people and companies who pay attention to accent behind me forever. I grow fast and my energy is always positive and super high, so basically if i join a new team, i put effort to grow and learn fast, then at the end, people are seeing my skills not my accent.
i already attend lots of meetings with lots of people and i use my accent to communicate effectively well without any issues.
Best Regards
This is very inspirational to me, I am exploring JavaScript and Python for generative art and machine learning with AI. But I was wondering if you found any books or free websites you used to create your projects from? Iβve been studying like you as a freelance web developer for 2 months and reaching the end goal to get a job like you is what I want :)
Yeah thanks for saying that.
I found best practical and great community so far for python and javascript, is CS50 courses of Harvard, just type in google CS50, CS50web, CS50AI
Practical, Deep Learning, Great supportive community.
and reach me for any advice related to this field.
Trust me, you can easily find jobs entry level, the main two keys is to have a good resume and presentation for your self with what you know and what you did.
And the number one key is to find a recruiter not a company, he will get paid to get you hired, and he knows the whole process.
