Great and important Articles. It seems so basic at first glance, but just this week we had a talk with a colleague who tries to muscle his way through every task without really talking about his problems or asking for help.
Can you recommend a specific CO2 monitor or will anyone do?
As for a CO2 monitor, I'm happy with mine, and it also measures humidity, which is helpful, but I'm afraid I can't provide a buying recommendation. I purchased it several years ago on Amazon, and it still works, but it wasn't some well-known brand, and most likely, this model is no longer in production.
What I learned about CO2 monitors is that many of them (including mine) have a self-calibration feature. My device treats the lowest CO2 level seen in a week as "outdoor 400ppm" and adjusts further measurements based on that. In practice, it means that in poorly ventilated areas, it consistently under-estimates CO2 levels, which is unfortunate. I asked my teammates how their devices are behaving, and it seems they're doing the same, despite being different models from other brands.

Okay, thanks for the Input.
