`heroku local` command with ESET Cyber Security Pro

#heroku #environment

I have run heroku local today, but I could not open the sample page in a browser.
ESET was blocking packets.

The settings below allowed for connection.

Version

ESET Cyber Security Pro 6.8.300.0

Firewall Setting

Application / Service

Target: All applications

Action/Direction

Action: Allow
Direction: In

Protocol/Ports

Protocol: TCP & UDP
Ports: Local
Local Port: 5000

Destination

Destination: Entire Internet
