Many freight operators fail to conduct verification when listing goods in bulk, resulting in a large number of after-sales claims for illegal products. The first step is to build a key vocabulary of the embargo, enter the names of prohibited products: powder, liquid battery, compressed spray, flammable and explosive cosmetics, etc. according to the international general logistics rules, enter keywords in Chinese and English, and the title, details and specifications of the goods contain the corresponding words, and the system will automatically block the listing. When collecting and distributing goods in bulk, the system verifies the source titles in real time, filters out prohibited words directly, and cannot push them to the store front desk; Manually adding a new product and filling in the title will trigger verification instantly, and a pop-up window will prompt that it is prohibited and cannot be saved.
The second step is to establish a whitelist of transportable electrified products, including ordinary dry batteries and compliant small electronic products, to avoid the interception of normal goods. Add mandatory reminder labels to whitelist products, and label the front-end product detail page with "clearance instructions for electrified products" to inform customers in advance of logistics timeliness and clearance risks, reducing subsequent disputes.
The third step is to set up product classification and isolation. Beauty liquids and small electronics will be separately classified, and the front desk will automatically display logistics disclaimer. Customers should read the customs clearance rules before placing an order and clarify the seizure handling plan. Prohibited goods are not allowed to be stored in the warehouse. For illegal goods that have been mistakenly listed, the backend will screen and remove them in batches with one click, and notify the purchasing personnel to stop purchasing the corresponding source of goods.
The shelving verification rules run automatically throughout the entire period, and batch new listings and single item editing will trigger screening, without the need for manual verification of product text one by one. Update the prohibited keyword library once a month, add restricted categories based on the latest customs clearance policies of various countries, and adapt to logistics rules in different regions of Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
