I recently was promoted as tech lead and my challenge now it is be mentor. Everybody ask me if this “evoluation” changed my routine, I always reply: no. Because I keep writing code, I still reading codes to review but now I need to change my mind because it’s now I need to make more mentoring and teaching than write code.
