How I Started a Web Development Brand at 16 (Real Story)

How TeRexDevs Started: From ₹800 Profit to Building Digital Systems

TeRexDevs was never planned.

It didn't start as a company.

It started as curiosity.

At 14–15, I was building software for YouTube and growing a channel to 35K subscribers using organic content.

Money came from link shorteners. Small, but enough to understand one thing:

Execution matters more than ideas.

Then I entered the SMM market.

Tried building a small service business with a friend.

It failed. ❌

No system.

No experience.

Just attempts.

Instead of stopping, I shifted to development.

Started building websites using whatever knowledge I had.

First 2–3 months?

Nothing.

  • No clients
  • Only fake inquiries

Then on 3 October 2023, I got my first real client.

  • ₹4200 project
  • ₹3400 went into domain and hosting
  • ₹800 saved

12 days of work.

₹800 profit.

That ₹800 wasn't money.

It was proof that something works.

I didn't wait to "learn everything".

I learned while doing.

  • Picked trending demand
  • Adapted fast
  • Delivered whatever I could improve

That's how TeRexDevs started.

No funding.

No team.

No roadmap.

Just execution.

Today

It's not just about websites.

It's about building complete digital systems:

  • Development
  • Hosting
  • Backend structure
  • Growth strategy

Because a website alone doesn't grow a business.

A system does.

The Difference

Most people overthink.

Some are still planning what I already executed at 16.

That's the difference.

Final

We're Built Different.

We Are TeRexDevs.
