What I Learned From Hacktoberfest
Realized this was something which actually brings many new people into the opensource world. It is great because almost any opensource project is seeking help and contributers.
I began by setting up my projects for Hacktoberfest like adding "Hacktoberfest" labels, etc. which improved the discovery of my projects and its issues. And yes, I got few people to contribute to my projects.
The most of the time I spent was by taking look at other's code. Learnt some not obvious but good design patterns of applications, better ways of doing xyz and much more.
