Congrats on both parts of the story you shared.

I noticed the same kind of unhealthy workplace habit years back when the place I worked at had a free soda fountain, making it super easy for people to drink a ton of sugary drinks all day while barely noticing it.

I actually work from home now which has its own challenges.. it is far too easy to wander off and grab a snack, or sitting watch and easy (junk) for lunch so I can get back to work.

Looking forward to seeing some more posts from you about it.

Thanks for taking the time to read! There is so much misinformation out there in regards to dieting and fitness in general. I hope to shatter some of the believes people may currently have.

Hey Trevor! This is inspiring indeed.
I too lost a lot of weight in the last year. I went from being 198 pounds to 152 pounds. I mainly focused on weight training and functional exercises.
Now, I plan to put on some muscle so that I don't ever gain weight :)
I have created a small tool which shows how you are progressing in your fitness journey. Here is a screenshot: thepracticaldev.s3.amazonaws.com/i...
I would love to be part of the Fit Dev project. Let me know how I can contribute.

That is super cool! Congrats it’s such a great thing to get control over your health! Stay tuned I’ll be posting about how to add muscle as well and why you should have muscle. Who knows maybe your app could somehow be used in the community if it grows!
