New year new me! Sounds like a cliche right? Well sometimes all it takes is one small thing in our lives that can help us change.
Now one of the biggest things people do is want to hit the gym and get in shape. One of the things I was taught while serving in the United States Army was get into gym clothes while being lazy and just doing that one thing that had to do with exercise made me less lazy and made me go work out.
Now this may or may not work for everyone but as soon as you get that feeling of "I should hit the gym and work out!" that's when you need to go and work out before you get into making excuses for why you should wait until tomorrow.
