This week will be LINUX. Yeah..💪
Last week:
Finished learning the foundations of cloud computing, AWS and Amazon EC2 where we covered theories, MCQs on cloud computing, AWS, pricing models etc and Lab test on:
A web server stores, processes, and serves website content to users, handling incoming requests and sending back web pages. Common examples include Apache, Nginx, and Microsoft IIS.
EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) is an AWS service offering resizable cloud-based virtual servers (instances) that you can start, stop, and resize to meet computing needs.
Monitoring in AWS, like Amazon CloudWatch, collects metrics and logs from AWS resources, aiding performance and health insights.
Security Groups in AWS act as virtual firewalls for EC2 instances, controlling traffic and access permissions.
EC2 instances can be started, stopped, and resized through the AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, or SDKs. Hibernation allows stopping without data loss.
Termination Protection in AWS prevents accidental termination of EC2 instances, requiring explicit disabling before termination, safeguarding against data loss and service disruption.
Glad to be part of this great family, and without any particular order, my endless appreciation goes to:
