It mostly depends on your use case. If you are comfortable maintaining the code, you could definitely use some of these components to build something quick.
As a general rule, I would avoid using React Spring for small projects since it might be overkill (my opinion). But most of the libraries on this list are just to help you build stuff quickly like Mantine hooks, Tremor, UI libraries...
It's your choice and preference.
So far so good. This is the first list I've seen where I all of the projects and used 10 out of the 17 ones.
