That is a great quote. If you are starting a business or releasing a project or finishing a game you should repeat it until you know it by heart.
Any time you think I just need to fix this one more thing. Read that quote. And then release whatever it was anyway. Release things that are good.
Make them perfect later.
No one can see non-released products... but they can see good enough products. Finish it enough... release it then fix it. Then do it all again.
