Multiple carets in jetbrains/IntelliJ IDEs

Add multiple carets

Press alt twice and move the cursor up and down while holding alt with the arrows to add more carets.

Select multiple occurrences of a word

Select a word and press ctrl + g and it will select the next occurrence of that word.
