One Idea, Four Platforms — How I Cut My Social Media Writing Time by 80%

I manage multiple social accounts. Not a huge team — just me and a few tools.

The hardest part isn't coming up with ideas. It's taking one idea and rewriting it for four different platforms.

X needs short and direct. LinkedIn rewards storytelling. Instagram wants hooks. Facebook works best as a conversation. Writing the same thought four different ways is exhausting.

How One Idea Becomes Four Posts

Here's my actual workflow:

Step 1: I have an idea. Let's say: "People overthink AI tools. Most are simpler than you'd expect."

Step 2: I type that into the AI Social Media Post Generator. Pick the four platforms.

Step 3: In about 3 seconds, I get back four posts, each written for its platform's style.

Step 4: I read them, tweak a few lines, and schedule them.

Total time: 5 minutes. Before this tool, that took me 25-30 minutes.

What I Actually Think of the Outputs

Are the drafts perfect? No. They're drafts. But they're good drafts — the kind that save you from the blank page problem. The structure is there, the tone is right, and they're different from each other.

I've published LinkedIn posts that started as tool drafts with maybe 20% edits. They performed fine. That tells me the foundation is solid.
