Pauline, this was a great read! As a junior dev (right off bootcamp) in a male dominated startup I often feel the imposter syndrome. Thankfully, I have great co-workers who pretty much do most of what was mentioned in your article. I am really lucky that my teammates are people who are receptive to constructive criticism.
