Push.js's Help

Using Push.js of the web js library,
When notifying many times,
I want to automatically turn off the notification when the next notification comes.
Is there a way?

I would like to know how to specify other than the number of milli seconds.

Please help...

I'm going to use it for chat notifications when another tab is open.
