I've used too many to remember. I always end up going back to Pop!_OS or Fedora or OpenSUSE. I'd probably use OpenSUSE the most because I like SUSE as a company and I've had the best performance with it. It definitely has the most complicated setup and I can never get my network setup correctly on my laptop (without using an ethernet cord). Fedora because it's been the most "it just works" and its dedication to FOSS. Pop!_OS because of the user experience and I really like the company behind it as well.
